work with me
I work at the intersection of the body, the nervous system, and the inner world, bringing together Hakomi therapy, integrative somatic trauma therapy, and an IFS-informed approach to parts work. My approach is relational and embodied — which means I bring my full, human self to this work, and I'm here to meet yours.
Most of us have spent years trying to think our way through life, our bodies merely the vehicle that carries us from place to place. But the patterns that keep repeating, the anxiety that won't shift, the exhaustion that goes bone-deep — these don't live primarily in the mind. They live in the body. The breath, the nervous system, the particular way you hold your shoulders or brace before you speak. They are the parts of us that formed long before we had words for any of it.
Together, we pay attention to exactly that — the gesture, the sensation, the thing the body is doing that the mind hasn't noticed yet — and use it as a doorway into your own story and toward real, lasting change.
My approach
-

PRESENCE
With mindfulness and curiosity, we slow down enough to notice what's actually happening beneath the surface — in your body, in this moment.
-

BODY WISDOM
Working with your whole self. Not just your thoughts, but your sensations, your breath, your nervous system. The body holds things words often can't reach.
-

ORGANICITY
Your system has a natural impulse toward healing and already knows the way. Our work is to create enough safety for that to unfold.
